Fixed these issues:

- Autosmelt works when broken with hand.

- Veinmining ores only gives job exp for the first ore.

- Veinminer smelts ores when autosmelt is not even active.

- Tree feller only gives EXP for the first log.

- Stoping a job doesn't say how many coins it costs when you don't have enough coins.
