Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Changelog — 1.11.0 → 1.26.0
New content and progression
-
Added Meidenlife, a horse-themed power with an owned horse, flight, a mouth-fired laser, lightning attacks and mounted collision damage.
-
Added three Meidenlife evolution techniques: a slowing glitter trail, a position swap with your horse and a projectile-reflecting bubble.
-
Added the Inverted Spear of Heaven, Split Soul Katana, Girly Stick, Gojo blindfold and Rifle machelbak.
-
Added Max Purple and Girl Shout.
-
Introduced a connected skilltree. New players start as a powerless Human and spend evolvepoints to unlock powers and evolutions.
-
Finding diamonds grants one evolvepoint, once per player. Each unique boss type grants another point. Boss kills no longer trigger automatic evolution.
-
Added Binding Vows: every boss kill grants one, and maximum techniques require and consume one.
Combat and balance
-
Reworked Infinity into a toggle with protection based on remaining cursed energy, damage-related energy costs and emergency activation against fatal damage.
-
Reworked Blue into a held technique, improved Red’s knockback and block launching, and adjusted Purple’s charge-dependent range and size.
-
Reworked Reverse Cursed Technique into continuous healing while held. Unlimited Void temporarily stops mob AI without dealing damage.
-
Added stacking spear bleed that temporarily prevents healing.
-
The Split Soul Katana now finishes ordinary mobs after 10 successful direct hits; bosses and players require 100.
-
Removed Toji’s passive Fortune bonus and added occasional iron, gold or emerald drops from hostile humanoids after evolution.
-
Rifle machelbak is now a railgun-style item with charge-up, screenshake and cooldown.
-
Rebalanced Max Purple damage and extended its smoke to 30 seconds.
Visuals and interface
-
Added player poses, grapple barrages, casting animations, recoil and ground-attack animations.
-
Updated sprites, sounds, particles, charge indicators and technique descriptions.
-
Added 3D weapon models, Pegasus wings and a lingering rifle light beam.
-
Added a dedicated creative tab containing all mod items, making them available to JEI.
Fixes and compatibility
-
Improved kit recall, preserving item names and enchantments across supported containers, shulkers and backpacks.
-
Fixed Just a Girl’s multiplayer inventory and XP restoration.
-
Fixed close-range projectile hits, horse flight steering, laser positioning and groundstomp visuals.
-
Expanded targeting, block-destruction and mutually enabled PvP options.
-
Improved terrain protection and smoke distribution.
-
Player Animator and GeckoLib are now required dependencies.
