What's new

  1. Greatly expanded the Dictionary: besides looking up Jiagu Inscription info, you can now browse all inscriptions, read Chengyu-Idiom descriptions, and tell collected idioms from uncollected ones; some characters in Lookup mode are directly clickable to jump to their pages.
  2. Added a Jiagu crafting screen opened with R by default, making assembling and disassembling Jiagu Inscriptions convenient without relying on the vanilla crafting table or the Character Disassembler.
  3. Completely reworked the Chengyu-Idiom system: it no longer depends on configs or vanilla advancements, instead registering idioms via JSON and writing their descriptions in idioms files.
  4. Added JEI integration for assembly, disassembly, morphing, rubbing, enchantment rubbing, and prescribing recipes.
  5. Added interactive GUIs to the Character Auto-disassembler, Rubbing Machine, and Cangjie Morpher, replacing the old cumbersome interactions, and improved their behavior with comparators and hoppers (e.g. Create's chutes).
  6. Reworked the core architecture: Jiagu Inscriptions now store their inscription via Data Components instead of outdated NBT, and the data components and tooltips of Jiagu Inscriptions, Taoist Talismans, and Prescriptions were also optimized.
  7. Jiagu Inscription textures and recipes no longer rely on a huge number of item models and recipe JSONs; a custom JSON now registers their ids, texture identifiers, and recipes.
  8. Added creative tabs for all Prescriptions, Taoist Talismans, and basic Jiagu Inscriptions for easy access and JEI lookup.
  9. Improved the Amethyst Inscription use animation, now using a custom animation.
  10. Improved mod commands and added useful ones such as bulk-granting Jiagu Inscriptions and managing idiom collection.
  11. Added Japanese and French language files.
  12. Fixed some Amethyst Inscriptions accidentally sharing one cooldown across all players in multiplayer.
  13. Fixed the Amethyst Inscription of Lei-Stones potentially triggering multiple explosions when its projectile hits a block.
  14. Fixed random number issues with the Scholar villager's random Jiagu Inscription/Prescription trades and the Lucky Jiagu Block.
