Gems and sockets

• Jeweler's Kit now cuts raw gems into cut gems
• 25 gem cuts, each granting an attribute bonus (4-5 per gem)
• Equipment can have sockets, shown on its tooltip
• Cut gems are inserted into sockets at an anvil
• Socketed gems grant their bonus while the item is equipped
• Inserting into a full item replaces all of its gems
• New item: Socket Mount, adds a socket to armor at an anvil
• New creative tab: Gems
• EMI support for gem cutting
• Jeweler villagers now sell raw gems instead of finished gem jewelry
• Feature flags in config/jewelry/features.json: gem_cuts, sockets
