Jeri's Enderwomen

Version 2.0.9:

• Enderwomen now teleport out of berry bushes
• Fixed a crash when giving an untamed Enderwoman a bracelet. I accidentally allowed the player to give bracelets to untamed Enderwomen

I'm aware of a weird bug that freezes and crashes the game. I lost a survival world to it :( Unfortunately I haven't been able to get a crash log for it so I'm unsure how to fix it as of now. I'll release a patch for it the moment I figure out what is happening and how to fix it. For now, I've wrapped the render layers for the bracelets, hair, stuff like that in try statements to attempt to get a stacktrace for it. I believe that the renderer class might have something to do with the freezing.
