Thaumcraft support & internal cleanup

  • Thaumcraft Focal Manipulator support
    • with two new config Focal Manipulator and Focal Manipulator Extra Area
    • If you don't want exclusion areas on the right side of Focal Manipulator GUI, it can be toggled on/off using the latter config
  • Forestry Ledger area fixing is now toggleable
  • internal cleanup to improve code efficiency and simplify codes
  • support for ExtU2 widgets, but disabled by default. JEI support from ExtU2 itself is good enough in most working conditions
