new config & window resize fix & DME support

  • new config structure
    • please DELETE old config file before update to prevent unused values from jamming mod config file/screen
    • config entries in different categories are now actually in different category, instead of many namespace$value in a single category
    • localization support for config description
    • added localizable name for all config entries
    • some config entries are renamed for clarity
  • Deep Mod Evolution (DME) support
    • also Deep Mob Learning (DML)
  • button area positions will now be force refreshed on window resize
  • AE cell view area is now more adaptive
  • debug option: draw all is now true by default
