Ported to 1.16.2/1.16.3


Still works on 1.16.1 as well, just needed to add a license to mods.toml because cpw decreed it to be a requirement MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge#7184


Probably also fixes compatibility with some 1.16.1 Forge versions (Mekanism had to apply the same fix for Forge 32.0.92 mekanism/Mekanism@a5a6da7) but as of Forge 32.0.108 both this version and the previous one work so I haven't bothered to debug any further.


TL;DR: This version should work for the latest 1.16.1, 1.16.2, and 1.16.3 Forge builds (tested up to 34.0.9 for 1.16.3, Forge is still in beta so could break at some point).
