Jae's Eclectic Weaponry

-Various tweaks to Weapon Grease:
  -Sculk Grease XP formula now scales with weapon damage. Damage now scales off of XP level (Up to 100).
  -Blood Grease healing now scales off of weapon damage. Damage now scales off of missing health.
  -Void Grease pull effect now inflicts a small amount of damage.
  -Oceanic Rebuke damage has been tweaked to be stronger against NPCs and weaker against players.
  -Oceanic Rebuke potion effect is now removed when affected entity lands a successful attack.
  -Nerfed Earth Grease explosion.
  -Earth Grease now cripples Phantoms and temporarily disables their movement.
  -Sundered potion effect explosion is now negated by crouching instead of being airborne.
  -Wind Grease will now reset the user's fall distance upon hurting a creature.
  -Tweaked particle spawning and balancing.
  -Removed Rainbow Grease.

-Completely reworked Void Charge.
  -No longer homes in on enemies.
  -Now sucks in enemies as it flies, exploding after ten seconds.
  -Crafting is now shapeless.
  -Fixed display name.

  -Kunai is now thrown instantly.

  -Updated textures for Bone Dart, Wither Bone Dart, and Ocean Dart.

  -Fulgurbloom spawning can now be disabled through a new gamerule.

  -Bone Apple Tea has been made to be more spooky.
