-Fixed a critical bug where the game crashes when trying to place blocks with certain mods

-Twisting Ivy and Helixes are now properly orientated

-Actually fixed "shotgun jet propultion" bug this time

-Recoil from a Pump-Charge Shotgun now decreases depending on how many levels of Quick Charge you have
