Requires Pixelmon 7.1.1 or higher

Added DexNav, an item that has two modes. One is a quick-reference IV chaining counter, the other shows information based on how many encounters you've had with that particular species of Pokemon. Hold this item in your hand to activate ORAS-style DexNav functionality (can be disabled).

All IVs, Hidden Abilities, and other fun things are calculated on spawn rather than on capture.
