Added

• Fabric 1.21.1 server build: adds a Fabric Loom adapter and Fabric metadata while sharing ItemGraph query, API, database, and ingestion code. The Fabric adapter uses the same GriefLogger database as an additive read-only evidence source; configure grieflogger_database_path in config/itemgraph.properties.
• GriefLogger-compatible artifacts for both loaders: Fabric and NeoForge each build a separate -grieflogger-compatible.jar that requires GriefLogger 1.2.10-1.21.1 and omits ItemGraph's embedded SQLite driver. The regular Fabric and NeoForge jars retain their own SQLite dependency.
• Hexagonal loader boundary: adds a Java-only core module with the RuntimeInformationPort; Fabric and NeoForge adapters provide loader facts without a loader API dependency in shared code.
• Multi-loader CI and release metadata: the root build compiles/tests both loader modules, verifies all four loader/provider artifacts, and publishes loader-specific files to GitHub, CurseForge, and Modrinth.

• Artifact names include loader and provider: release jars now use itemgraph-<version>-<loader>[-grieflogger-compatible].jar.
• Gradle wrapper: upgrades to 8.12.1 because Fabric Loom 1.10.5 requires Gradle 8.12 or later.
