Server-side mod that blacklists items & blocks (with NBT), auto-removes them from inventories, containers, frames, drops & the world. Live commands, announcements, optional auto-ban, audit logs. Clients not required.

Added
- Recipes whose result is a blacklisted item are now removed from the server recipe table (crafting, smelting, blasting, smoking, stonecutting, smithing, and other recipe types in that table).
/itemban add,remove,reload, and vanilla/reloadrebuild the recipe table.- Unbanning restores matching recipes from a datapack snapshot and syncs them to online players.
Ingredient-only uses of a banned item are left intact. Only output recipes are stripped.
