**New Features:**
- Added warning message before purge ("Items will be purged in X seconds!")
- Added configurable warning time via `/itempurge warning <seconds>` (default: 10s, set to 0 to disable)
- Added option to disable chat notifications for players who prefer silent operation
- Added `/itempurge broadcast <true/false>` command to toggle chat messages
- Added `/itempurge help` command showing all available commands
- All chat messages now have colored formatting for better readability

**Config Additions:**
- `warningSeconds` - How many seconds before purge to show warning (0 = disabled)
- `broadcastMessages` - Enable/disable all chat notifications (warnings + purge messages)
