Cross-dimensional tracking

This was one of the main features I wanted: the entity will now follow you into the Nether and the End.

New custom entity

The Dweller has been replaced with a smaller, custom entity for better control and future improvements. (V1 will remain available on summon, and credit to idk_someguy is kept.)

Improved spawn system

Clearer and more consistent behavior.

General refactor

This was my first MCreator project, so I cleaned up a lot of messy parts to make it more stable.
