Refactored RLTweaker's ASM patch system and used it to replace the scrap-pile I had along with other refactors: * Added configuration options to enable/disable core modifications. * Added fix for Ice and Fire sea serpent spawning to allow the last type to spawn. * Fixed players being able to hold shift at the end of the dragon shake prey animation to escape damage.
