This mod adds Arcane Chalk, allowing you to make runic circles that grant effects within their radius.

Description
This mod adds one major item- Arcane Chalk. Use it to draw Runes on the ground, which will create an AOE ring in which players have increased spell power or spell resistance from specified schools.
To make the magic circle:
- Pick the school
- Pick spell resistance or spell power
- Chose power level of the circle (this will affect chalk durability)
- Choose duration of the circle (this will affect chalk durability)
