IronCoals 3.5.0

-Added Netherite Coal (960x regular coal) made from emerald coal block in smithing table with Netherite ingot

-Changed Aeon Coal recipe to use 4 netherite coal instead of 4 emerald coal, and also changed the netherite block into a totem of undying
