Changed the default behavior of AutoTool
- By default, AutoTool now uses the first hotbar slot with a tool item
- By default, AutoTool now switches to silktouch for glass blocks if possible
- By default, AutoTool now prefers tools of a higher mining level
- This can be changed in the Configuration Options
