An inventory GUI overhaul that changes the inventory based on time of day, weather and dimension (Soon to be ALL guis in game!)

What's new
- Added new Configuration menu in game menu
- Saves config even after client is closed and reopened
- Adds options for rendering the mod, force choosing time, weather, and dimension (although dimension doesn't do anything at the moment)
