# ICBR Version 1.13.0 (for Minecraft 1.16.5)

- Implemented Rejuvenation Explosives!
  - Affects a sphere (instead of a vertical chunk)
  - Only places missing blocks (doesn't delete/replace anything that's already there)
  - Doesn't generate ores or structures
- Antimatter and Redmatter blasts are now significantly faster and more efficient.
- Unfueled missiles can now be launched from a handheld Rocket Launcher when in Creative Mode.
- Camouflage is now flammable (adjustable in config file).
- Rubber logs and rubber leaves are now flammable.
- Explosion epicenters are now at the center of the block instead of lowest x/y/z corner of the block. This means that explosive damage is now constitent from all directions.
- *Fixed the hover tooltip for the input tank in the Oil Refinery GUI to show the input fluid instead of the output fluid.*
