Added configuration to allow sleeping.
- AllowSleep
Setting this to true allows you to
- Set spawn during the day (Requires SetSpawn true)
- Sleep during the night
Uses SpawnStart and SpawnEnd from 1.4 to set accepted time to set spawn.
