Insects: Recrafted (Version 1.6.0)

- Added Whip Spider. They are hostile and spawn in jungles and dark forests.
- Made ant nests a bit rarer.
- Added the gamerule ''AllowBedBugsSpawning'' - If set to false, Bed Bugs won't be able to spawn at all. If set to true, Bed Bugs will have a 7% chance of spawning when breaking beds.
- Updated translations for Mexican Spanish.
