Removes the restriction in 1.11.2 and 1.12 preventing Infinity and Mending from being used together
Description
Removes the restriction preventing Infinity and Mending from being applied together in Minecraft 1.11.2 and upwards.
This is a coremod which edits EnchantmentArrowInfinite.canApplyTogether, compiled with Forge 1.11.2-13.20.0.2228 (1.11.2 version) and 1.12-14.21.1.2387 (1.12.x version).
