Added Furioso-Replica. No anims because I suck at that.

To use hit (default key) R, at 9+ procuration and prescripts completed.
procuration resets after usage(hopefully).

Furioso-Replica will be updated in accordance to what feels right with balancing.

Also added a combat timer that takes into account your last combat tick so your prescripts don't immediately wipe upon killing your enemy.
