- Some little bug fixes.

- Cygnus items are now craftable through Skytouching. Still no lexica docs, sorry :S

  - Skytouching is crafttweakable (check github wiki)

  - Skytouching appears in JEI

- Minor overhaul of Soul Cores - they now use mana. Read the book and play around with them for a bit.

- Add the Blood Soul Core, which transfers potion effects to you (at mana cost.)

- Add missing documentation for Unstable Cubes and make a few minor text fixes.

- Add two new decorative blocks? I guess?
