In Time Presence

- Fixed timer countdown when player is already dead
- Added option to kill the player instead of teleporting upon zero on timer (player will be logged out of the world, if no dimension is listed as safe)
- Added option to supply the player with initial time
- Added default background to all GUIs (vanilla-style yeah!)
- Reorganized config file to be more readable
- Added commands for time manipulation (/itp_addtime [player] ticks_to_add, /itp_subtime [player] ticks_to_subtract)
- Pump now outputs water to adjacent tanks automatically
