CHAPTER 1: "SMILING FREAK" | Found Footage #1


Incident Report: Forest Trail Sighting

At approximately 2:17 AM, an unidentified humanoid entity was captured moving rapidly through a remote forest path. Witnesses described the creature as unnaturally tall, pale-skinned, and possessing an exaggerated grin stretching across its face. Its limbs appeared elongated and distorted, allowing sudden bursts of speed and erratic movement patterns.

The subject was seen approaching silently before sprinting directly toward the observer. Nearby wildlife stopped making noise moments before the encounter. No footprints were recovered, despite soft ground conditions.

Locals now refer to this phenomenon as The Smiling Freak. Entering wooded areas alone after dark is strongly discouraged. If heard laughing or breathing nearby, do not run.

 

 

 


CHAPTER 2: "THE PROTECTOR 'Forest Troll' " | Found Footage #2


[HUNTING CAMERA TRAP – FOREST CLEARING – 01:12 AM]

A stationary trail cam faces a small clearing. Night vision gives everything a pale green tint.

Several animals wander into frame—deer, foxes, small shapes barely visible in the grass. They all suddenly raise their heads in the same direction. The sounds of insects stop.

A hollow clacking noise echoes, like bone striking stone. Something steps into view from the darkness: a tall, skeletal beast with heavy wooden legs, a massive antlered skull and a spine made of exposed bone shards.

The animals don’t flee. Instead, they stand behind it as it slowly turns its head.

A human figure appears at the edge of the clearing with a rifle. The camera glitches for a second. In the next frame, the rifle is snapped in half on the ground, the hunter pinned and motionless, and The Protector stands between him and the animals, staring straight into the camera.

The audio erupts with a single, echoing crack, and then the file ends.


CHAPTER 4: "THE OCULAR HAND" | Found Footage #4

SOURCE: Abandoned Cabin Interior Camera #2

This footage was recovered from a damaged surveillance camera found inside an abandoned wooden cabin near the edge of a restricted forest zone. The device recorded several unstable frames before the feed became heavily distorted.

At approximately 03:17 AM, an unidentified hand-like entity appears near the lower corner of the frame. The object has five elongated wooden fingers with charred black tips, and a single large ocular structure embedded in the center of its palm.

The entity remains motionless for several seconds. However, frame comparison shows that its fingers changed position between corrupted cuts, despite no visible movement being captured. The eye appears to track the camera lens directly.

No full body is visible. It is unknown whether the entity is a severed appendage, a living organism, or part of a larger hostile structure.

Audio logs contain faint scraping sounds, distorted breathing, and a repeated tapping pattern against wood. Investigators also noted a brief pulse-like sound moments before the recording failed.

The camera stopped functioning 5 seconds after direct eye contact was established. Cause of failure unknown.

Final Note:
Avoid visual contact with the palm. Entity may respond to observation.


CHAPTER 4: "ONE EYED SPIDER" | Found Footage #4

SOURCE: Traffic Surveillance Camera (Tunnel Sector B)

This footage was extracted from a malfunctioning vehicle tunnel camera during routine system diagnostics. The recording occurs at approximately 03:17 AM, when traffic activity was reported as nonexistent.

At first, the tunnel appears empty. Seconds later, a large unidentified organism manifests in the center lane. The entity is low to the ground, supported by multiple jointed limbs, with a central ocular structure that reflects light directly back into the camera.

The subject does not enter the frame from any visible direction. Instead, it appears abruptly between frames, suggesting either extreme speed or non-linear movement.

The eye remains fixed toward the camera throughout the duration of the footage. Minor twitching and surface contractions are visible along its body.

Electrical interference begins immediately after its appearance. Video distortion intensifies, followed by a complete signal loss 5 seconds later.

No vehicles or personnel were present during the incident.


CHAPTER 5: "WRAITH CAT" | Found Footage #5

SOURCE: Damaged Field Camera, Forest Perimeter Zone

This footage was recovered from a corrupted field camera found near the edge of a dense forest trail. The device appears to have been placed facing a clearing, but most of the recording was heavily damaged by static interference and sudden exposure drops.

At approximately 04:09 AM, an unidentified black humanoid-like figure appears standing in the center of the frame. The entity has an extremely thin body, elongated arms, claw-like hands, and a cat-like head with two raised ears. Its eyes emit a deep red glow, while its mouth forms a fixed grin visible even through the corrupted footage.

The entity does not move toward the camera at first. It remains still for several seconds, facing the lens directly. In later frames, its position shifts closer without any visible walking animation, suggesting sudden displacement or missing corrupted frames.

Audio logs captured during the sighting include distorted breathing, faint scratching against tree bark, and a low, broken vocal sound that repeats shortly before the footage collapses.

The final frame shows the entity looking directly into the camera before the recording cuts to black.

The device was recovered with deep claw marks across its outer casing. Cause of failure unknown.

Jumpscares are not constant, but when they happen, they hit hard.

  • Smiley can suddenly appear right in front of your screen, filling it with its distorted smile.

These events are designed to be unpredictable.
There is no obvious pattern, so every night and every session can feel different and genuinely unsettling.

This mod makes heavy use of loud and disturbing sounds to support the horror atmosphere.
Distorted screams, metallic bangs, sudden thuds, and amplified whispers may trigger near you without warning.
 
During jumpscares, the audio can spike sharply to maximize the shock.
At other times the mod may create unnatural silence, cut normal music, or muffle ambient sounds to signal that something is wrong.
Because of this, the mod is not recommended for players sensitive to loud audio or wearing headphones at very high volume.

    • Tentacles: A rare entity with tentacles that flies in the sky in the night lurking around and very fast
    • Devil Hand: One eyed hand that floats in the sky that smashes if he grabs you with his sharp fingers
    • Acid Dissolver: An entity that throws acid through his mouth and faster than you, don't watch him
    • Wendigo: An entity that constantly chases you, and annoys your ears with noises

    added new entity arachnoseeker and reworked devil hand grab, he does 0 damage now and removed the levitation effect but now he grabs you every 20 seconds for 10 seconds and makes you see in third person while you're being grabbed.
