Improved Inventory Tabs

Tab layout option in the config screen: keep the default Vertical columns on the left and right of the screen, or switch to Horizontal rows above and below the inventory (classic Inventory Tabs style). Pagination, tooltips, and everything else work the same in both layouts. Note: horizontal rows follow the container's edges, so they may not fit above very tall screens like large chests.
