**immortal arts** is a spellbook expansion for Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, adding a brand-new spell school inspired by eastern cultivation — the **Xian (仙法)**.
Highlights
New Spell School — Xian (仙法), featuring a unified scroll appearance and the **Xian Crystal** as its school focus item.
4 New Spells:
Avatar of the True Immortal (真仙降世) — ascend into an immortal manifestation, greatly increasing spell power, summon damage and movement speed, gaining the ability to fly, and surrounding yourself with a protective aura that knocks back nearby enemies; with an empty hand, left-click fires a beam of light that annihilates your foes. When it ends, you are left as a Hollow Soul, heavily reduced in attack power and movement speed, and with up to 80% of your max health lost.
Eye of Destruction (破灭法目) — open the eye and gain True Sight, continuously stripping positive effects from every creature in view and inflicting Blood Eye, which slows them, cuts their max health by 25% and draws nearby projectiles onto them; it also dispels spell entities cast by others, such as shield spells and arcane chains.
Absolute Barrier (绝对结界) — unfurl from your own body an absolute barrier that blocks all incoming damage, drives hostile mobs out and deals true damage to whatever comes close. Nothing can enter, only leave — the caster excepted. Sneak-cast to recall your nearest barrier at no cost: no mana spent, no cooldown penalty.
Heavenly Form (法天象地) — transform into a titanic dharma body that grows with spell level, greatly increasing your size, attack damage, spell power, reach and interaction distance, while an oppressive aura keeps surrounding hostiles suppressed.
New Ore & Items — **Xian Ore** (requires at least a Netherite pickaxe to break), **Spirit Stone**, the **Xian Crystal** condensed from a Nether Star and a Spirit Stone, and the **Immortal Codex**, the Xian school's spell book, just like the spell books of Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.
Custom Visuals — original scroll textures, spell icons, and effect art.
Forge 1.20.1 — built on and fully compatible with Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.
