Fixed a couple broken engine jsons, a few misplaced gauge pieces and adds a couple new gauges as new content.

Unfortunately due to a recent MTS update, handbrake drifting and a couple other features may not work properly.

I am looking into an IVV-side fix for this without having to redo the entirety of my variableModifiers...
