A complete rewrite of the backend!

 

> Torches now shed light based on their age, which on a random tick has a chance to diminish

> Torches are now based on random ticks rather than scheduled ticks, which should increase performance by a little bit

> Added the bow drill, a new lighting item which has more durability than the Flint and Tinder

> Primitive lighting items now have chances to not light the torch on the first go. The more strikes it takes, the more likely it should light the torch

> Added config options for the maximum amount of strikes it will take for a primitive lighting item to light a torch

> Added a relight config option to reinvigorate torches when they aren't doing their best

> Added a config option which changes the chance per random tick for a torch to shed one less light level
