Image On Frame Fabric Port

This patch fixes connection issues, standardizes all commands and messages to English by default, and unifies builds into a single universal JAR for Minecraft 26.x.

• Removed premature map packet bursts on player connect; maps are now streamed naturally via proximity.

• Added channel capability checks (ServerPlayNetworking.canSend) to ensure custom network payloads are never sent to vanilla or Bedrock clients.

• Language System & English Defaults:

  • Standardized all command syntax, arguments, autocompletions (<name>, <url>, <width>, <height>, etc.), and help messages to 100% English (en_US) by default (matching the original Spigot plugin 1:1).
  • Integrated official Crowdin translation support with automatic translation updates in config/imageframe/language/.
  • Added /imageframe language <lang> and /imageframe reload commands to easily change languages on the fly.
  • In-game client toasts now automatically adapt to the player's client language (English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, etc.).

• Unified 26.x Release:

  • A single JAR now natively supports Minecraft 26.1.2, 26.2, and future 26.x versions.
