Visual indicator fade-in
Visual indicator position
Max heartbeat duration
Danger smoothing (to help prevent changing danger on and off / hearing the alert sound too often)
"Quiet heartbeat" after a delay from initially entering danger

Server-side configs for...
"Sneaky entities" which don't trigger danger mode (good for surprise attacks)
"Sneaky potions", similar to above, but based on whether the entity has a certain potion active (eg. invisibility)

Fixed heartbeat (and alarm) sounds not following the player client-side as they should
