### Added

* The 2i material chain: `2i`, `2i (2)`, `2i (3)` and `2i (4)`, all fire resistant.
* Optional Mekanism silica chemistry: the gaseous `silica` chemical plus oxidation, metallurgic
  infusing and reaction recipes. Without Mekanism, `2i`, `2i (2)` and `2i (3)` have a vanilla
  smelting fallback into glass.
* Anti-proton nucleosynthesizing fallback for 2i (4): with Mekanism but without Mekanism Sun,
  `2i (3) + 8 mB antimatter` produces `2i (4)`. When Mekanism Sun is installed, its assembler
  recipe is used instead.
* The Infinite ii Cell: an AE2 storage cell with infinite extraction for `2i`, sand and the 16
  vanilla concrete powders. Inserted items are voided, and the cell has no idle power draw.
* The 2i Crafting CPU: a single-block AE2 crafting CPU with an editable byte-based storage pool.
  Shift-right-click to set the capacity from 1 B to `Long.MAX_VALUE`. Parallel is fixed at 1.
  Crafting jobs automatically reserve the bytes they need and return them when finished.
* Vanilla TNT, AE2 Tiny TNT and Data_Energistics explosives can leave a 2i behind when they
  destroy plain sand.
* Optional AE2 Lightning Tech support: 2i (2) can summon lightning from a lightning rod, and
  2i (3) carries a lightning charge while held or dropped.
* A hidden advancement.
