Initial beta for 1.19.
Ore washer, thermo electric generator, and thermal centrifuge implemented, along with nuclear rods and the containment box.
also added lead oregen
Note on 1.19 I have no plans to do the roller cutter, or metal bender from 1.12, and will not be adding plates or casings, however the extruder might still be on the table for 1.19.
I will be adding the fermenter, heat blocks, and thermal washer in the future, just didn't have the time to do those yet. might also add a colossal washer, not sure about that one yet though
neither the disenchanter nor the electric crafting table will come to this, as the ic2 electric enchanter does disenchanting now, and I believe ic2c now has a way to do autocrafting
