oops, this fixes ic2c extras not loading except for the coremod

changelog from previous release:

fixed a couple crashes without gtclassic
fixed dupe bug and deletion bug in my autocrafting table

disabled recipes for throium rtg and thermo electric generator mkII, and added new recipes to the macerator and crafting table respectively to break them back down to their crafting components, as I will be removing them next release

made my rods have the same order as ic2c rods in the reactor planner

nerfed heat output of uranium 235 rods from 80 to 10
