Fixed thermo electric generator not outputting power
Mox fuel rods now increase their power produced as the reactor core heat gets hotter - it also now has all the same other values as uranium
fixed mox fuel rods not interacting with any components next to them
changed up uranium processing a little, there is now refined uranium ore that has to be run through the thermal centrifuge again, or if gtc is loaded the regular centrifuge instead of thermal centrifuge
added uranium 235 cells
added dense lead plates and a use for them
changed dense copper plate texture, don't worry though about resource pack compat, the texture is changed by changing the referred texture, not the texture itself
changed the guis of nuclear and steam reactors - that is why the file has nearly doubled in size, cause I went the mixin route, which required me to bundle mixins. will be uploading a thin jar alongside this that doesn't pack mixins, it's for anyone who already has a mod that packs mixins such as vanilla fix or malisis core
added new wrench override config that defaults to true, it completly removes the lossy wrench mechanic from ic2 classic, and therefore hides the precision wrench

added new config to force lead for a couple things
made all ic2c energy storage blocks keep 80% of their power when dropped
changed up the items affected by radiation: uranium 238 is no longer affected by radiation, but thorium 230 now is
also added some items to the radiaition list that were missing, mostly just uranium 235 and plutonium stuff
