IC2C Additions

Initial 1.19.2 release.

The bow got a whole rewrite considering how stupidly overpowered it was in the old 1.12 version.

New textures by Daenara based on the ones from Razzokk and Gween.

Features:

- Nano Bow: Just a bow using eu instead of durability and arrows.

    - It can cook dropped food items automatically

    - Can be upgraded to automatically pick up items as long as you have free inventory space (should be compatible with mods like Sophisticated Backpacks)

- Elytra Module: as the name implies, this is a module for IC2 Classics new modular armor and allows elytra like flight (and allows to interrupt the elytra like flight with SHIFT)

- Clay Block to Clay Ball recipe for the Extractor

- some compat Macerator recipes for Applied Energistics 2 where older AE2 Versions used the Quartz Grindstone
