Changes

• Fixed Reactor output being capped at 8192EU/t. It's now possible to exctract entire power generated from the reactor at voltage 5.
• Fixed IC2 Version extraction causing a crash when the mods are in the 1.12.2 folder.
• Night Vision effect is now removed instantly also from the Quantum Suit Helmet.
• All IC2 Jetpacks can now be disabled. This won't work for IC2 jetpacks from addons.
• Chunk Loader now works again. OV and OD Scanners don't crash anymore and function properly.
• [Experimental] WorldData now only gets replaced when new reference is the same class as the original on the first load. Another fix for randomly disconnecting cables.
