Features
    Added configurable Amphithere Eggs. (like for dragons)
    Added a death counter statistic for tamed Amphitheres.
    Added 2 new Amphithere variants.
    Added a configuration setting for the Amphithere armor point divisor.

Changes & Improvements
    Amphithere armor is now hidden in the inventory GUI when disabled.
    Added wing flap sounds for Amphitheres.

AI Updates
    Sitting Amphitheres will now retaliate when attacked instead of remaining passive.
    Tamed Amphitheres will now follow when they hear a flute.
