Added athsetic "scar tissue" when a sheild counters a laser, warping the pattern that the waves cross it

Generalized spherical shield on/off/break code for more consistent server load, paving the way for adjustable shield sizes in the future

That's all for now, just had some extra time to do a little polish. I am still working on the war crystal and associated raids in an attempt to make them work on any terrain. Also, I need to figure out a good loot pool. Any suggestions are welcome in the comments!
