• Removed tiered basic, intermediate, and expert minting templates.
• Removed minting plates, reused textures for "rounded tal."
• Replaced prior minting templates with clay, stone, copper, iron, and gold minting templates. 
• Replaced prior minting plates with new tiered mint plates used in the crafting recipe of minting templates. (Recipes not yet added.)
• Level up new minting templates in a smithing table.
• Added obsidian sigil and various tiered sigil items that relate to the Dusts, is used to unlock a tier of minting in the Minting Press. 
• Added the chance of misprinting coins.
• Added the chance to double coin output.
• Added faction command for the faction tag.
• Added ability to name a Minting Press in the anvil.
• Added coin purse that allows you to hold up to 128 coins, all of different data.
• Fixed a variety of things, such as shift click in gui and prior factionutil.
• Added crystal eye item, no use as of now.
