- The spring biome now snows

-Nerfed the hot spring block; instead of instant health, you will get one second of regeneration every one-two second (capping at four minutes) but your hunger will slowly then quickly deplete 

-Hot water block will now release less particles, this should reduce lag

-Added a creative tab

-Ported to Forge 1.7.10 (it should still work for 1.7.2, no guarantees though.)
