Version 19 for Minecraft 1.19 for Forge 41

 

Feature Complete.

 

Some additional tuning compared to version 19 for older versions of minecraft.

I plan on backporting the tuning.

 

WaterSnakes are not quite so rare.

SlipperyBiters are not quite so common.

 

Replaced some work Blockpos in loop with Mutable Block Pos which improves performance.

 

Untested for 1.19.2 and 1.19.3 specifically but should work.  I'll be testing it later.
