added 3 mobs

Bouldersaurus, Sculkosuar, and Axolotolus

AXolotolus behaves like grumble range attack throws prismarine shard and when close to 6 blocks it will turn to melee with fast chase speed.

I tried to implement config files but failed to do so, your best bet is make a datapack with the help of openloader
