Horratic is a story-driven psychological horror mod built around one question: what does it actually feel like when things get bad?

You play through eight stages — Denial, Intrusion, Descent, Defiance, Unraveling, Despair, Revelation, and finally a choice. The horror isn't about casual jump scares. It's a journal that writes itself as you fall apart. It's a book of letters you started but never sent. It's a reflection of yourself that knows everything about you.

The Willpower system tracks how you're doing. It drops in the dark, under pressure, when you're hungry and alone. It recovers through light, rest, food, and the things that actually help. Gold is your best friend — it was designed that way on purpose.

Content Warning

This mod contains themes of depression, isolation, emotional withdrawal, and the experience of not being able to ask for help. It is an allegory, not a clinical portrayal — but it draws from real feelings and is intended to be felt, not just survived.
