Horns for War

Small Update.

• Capitalized the letter r in the achievement
• Fixed the mod description and icon when checking the mod in game.
• Made both enchantments for the horn only gotten from enchanting since, if you're out adventuring and you find a enchant called "Ordinance" and it's for a goat horn, I'd be sad too.

I plan on doing a pretty major backend update on this mod to improve alot of major bugs/compatibility issues. However not right now.
