Added cooldown. (half a Minecraft day)

Slowed speed boost.

Set knockback resistance from 100% to 90%

Little particles now spawn near you when the effect is happening.

New advancement given from the effect.

Doing the horn ability now takes away some more hunger.

New little words that appear if you try to toot the horn while it's on cooldown.

Now Absorption is also given as an effect.

Other stuff that i can't remember.

 

Fixed some bugs.
