Hololive : Relics

NOTICE: I have disabled the spawning of Aqua while I fix a few last minute issues with her. This is so I am able to get this release out in time.

General Changes:

-Removed ramp up medssage from Kanata's Halo
-Gave lava/fire resistance property to multiple weapons/items
-Changed three ingots in the usada rocket recipe to be iron nuggets
-Increased Usada rockets crafted at once from 3 to 8
-Decreased the generation rate of most structures slightly

-Disabled Halloween Pumpkin spawning (Halloween essences can still be occasionally obtained from Christmas trees) The Halloween relics have NOT been removed though.

-Botan's Night Vision Goggles

-AO-Chan

-Bring a bow, preferably with power 5 and get ready to take out the things she spawns.
